Drag Conveyors

 GSI 12", 14", and 20" En-Masse Chain Conveyors offer many features to maximize performance and reduce operation costs. For larger grain capacity requirements, GSI offers a 26" and 32" En-Masse Conveyor. These conveyors feature an extra heavy-duty construction and easy access to all vital hardware. All of GSI’s conveyors are highly corrosion resistant and come standard with a powder coat finish for lasting durability and superior appearance.

GSI manufactures a complete line of Hi-Flight Conveyors designed and engineered to minimize the length of delivery time. Hi-Flights are available in 12” (304.8mm), 14” (355.6mm), 20” (508mm), and 27” (685.8mm) sizes. These conveyors feature an extra heavy-duty construction and ease of access to all vital hardware. Distributors

GSI’s line of Distributors are galvanized for long life and minimum maintenance and come in many sizes and models from which to choose. 3/16” and 12 gauge body parts with flanged outlets. Located under the distributor is the positive locking stainless steel index plate which offers protection from dust and harsh weather conditions. Large throat on internal swing spout, bottom lined with 1/4” urethane for extended wear. Swing spout turns on a 1 1/2 ” ball bearing, heavy-duty shaft connects to cable control.

PowerSweep Unload System

GSI Power SweepA PowerSweep Unload System is the most convenient way to unload grain because it is permanently installed. No heavy sweep and motor to carry in and out of the bin. New features include:

  • Intermediate wells & control rods installed at factory.
  • Top Flange separate from intermediate well.
  • All intermediate wells are 12" long.
  • Deeper intermediate well top flange to further engage the well.
  • Wider 10" Intermediate wells.
  • Heavier bolt on clutch guide installed at factory.
  • Reduction wheel and hanger bearing stabilize and support the flight auger against the weight of the grain.

 U-Trough Bin Unloading

GSI U-Trough Unloading SystemGSI U-Trough Bin Unloaders are available for bins up to 60 ft. diameter, 5000-6000 BPH. The U-Trough fits under most standard aeration floors and requires minimal assembly. It features an adjustable flight for easy expansion to the outer wall, dual action sweep wheels that move the unloader through the grain while sweeping out outer sidewall grain, and enhanced design to help sustain grain quality. Constructed from top quality galvanized material and components, the GSI U-Trough requires minimal maintenance and will provide years of reliable operation.

Chain Loop System
